I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 5 years of experience in massage therapy. I specialize in shoulder rehabilitation, deep tissue and therapeutic massage.

 

I believe in a client centered session and will adapt my care plan to focus on your wellness goals. My massage style incorporates a firm yet gentle approach where I utilize Swedish and Therapeutic styles to reduce overall discomfort and stress.

 

I graduated from Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in 2017 and have returned to school to focus on Nursing. I reside in Enumclaw with my busy toddler and husband. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, bike riding and traveling.
